Our Story

“We built RoofOps to run our business – and now we’re making it available to run yours.”

RoofOps was developed by our team, a family-owned commercial roofing company, in an effort to find an all-in-one program that we could use to manage our business. After trying multiple software packages, we found that each one was either extremely complicated, difficult to learn, or was bloated with features we didn’t need. Hours of intensive training were taking our sales reps away from customers and monopolizing our office personnel’s time. Furthermore, many of these programs were very expensive and cut into our company’s profit margin without meeting our needs.

So, we decided to create our own. Our goals were simple: we wanted software that was easy to use with minimal training, that would allow us to efficiently manage projects from start to finish, and that could help us track our company’s performance in sales, accounts receivable, etc. The result of our efforts was RoofOps, and it has helped us meet each one of these goals. To highlight just how easy this software is to use, our sales team (with no training on the software) was able to put together estimates and proposals within 30 minutes. The system has streamlined our sales and project management processes, and freed up our employees to do their jobs more efficiently and enjoyably. And finally, it has given us a clear, concise picture of how our company is performing in a given year.

Now, after developing and testing RoofOps thoroughly, we are ready to share it with other roofing businesses like yours.
